Report on "Digital Human Resource Development in Asia and Business Collaboration with Japan" by the Study Group on the Digital Society in FY2025

In response to the serious issues of labor shortages and productivity improvement in Japan, collaboration with highly skilled digital human resources in Asia is now an indispensable strategy. This report proposes the ideal "digital human resources platform" that Japanese companies should aim for, based on labor market supply and demand estimates for the year 2040.
