2025 CFIEC AI Study Group (Phase 2) Report: Toward Establishing Evaluation, Certification, and Legal Frameworks for Unsupervised and High-risk Activities AI (UHAI), a report commissioned by the AI Study Group, is now avalable.

AI systems that perform high-risk activities autonomously and without human intervention, such as level 4 or higher self-driving cars and AI medical devices that diagnose without a doctor, are already in practical use. Based on discussions by the members of the AI Study Group, this report outlines issues and discussion points regarding the design of systems for the safe use of such AI.
