1. Operation

    The Center for the Promotion of International Economic Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") The staff of the Japan Center for the Promotion of International Economic Partnership (hereafter referred to as "the Foundation") will operate the system.

2. Comment Management

  1. Reply to comments
    The Foundation's social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation's accounts") will be used exclusively for information dissemination and will not "follow", "repost", "direct message", or reply to posts, comments, etc. from users.
    For contact information for individual accounts of the Foundation, please refer to the profile section of each account.
  2. Delete Comment
    In the operation of the site, we may hide, delete, reject, or take other similar measures, in whole or in part, without notice to the poster, comments that are not relevant to the content of the postings or comments that are deemed to fall under any of the following items.
    1. Items that violate or may violate laws and regulations, etc.
    2. Items that are offensive to public order and morals
    3. Anything that encourages criminal activity
    4. Any contents that defame or slander a specific individual, company, group, etc., or damage the honor or credibility of a specific individual, company, group, etc.
    5. Those that infringe on privacy, such as disclosing or leaking personal information without the consent of the person concerned.
    6. Those that discriminate or encourage discrimination based on race, creed, gender, etc.
    7. Items that infringe on patents, design rights, copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, etc. of third parties
    8. Business, political, religious, or other commercial activities
    9. Statements that are false or materially untrue
    10. Items that use or provide, or may use or provide, harmful programs
    11. Comments that are repeated by the same user with the same or similar content
    12. Violates the applicable social media terms of use.
    13. Other items deemed operationally inappropriate
  3. User Blocking
    We may block comments from users who fall under (2). We may permanently block users who interfere with the proper operation of our account.
  4. Prohibit the use of URL shortening services
    The use of URL shortening services is prohibited in principle, except in cases where such use is unavoidable, such as when the social media service being used has a function to automatically shorten URLs.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights for photographs, illustrations, audio, videos, articles, etc. posted on the Foundation's account belong to the Foundation or other parties that have legitimate rights.

You are free to use "repost," "like," and other functions (including similar functions, hereinafter referred to as "social media functions") of articles posted on our account. (hereinafter referred to as "social media functions") may be used freely.

When making secondary use of content for which a third party owns the rights outside of social media functions, it is the responsibility of the user to obtain permission from the third party to use the content, unless it is expressly stated that the rights have already been processed.

Some of the articles posted on the Foundation's account that are owned by third parties may directly or indirectly indicate or suggest that third parties own the rights to the articles by indicating the source, etc. However, some articles may not clearly identify or clearly indicate the part of the article that is owned by a third party. Users are responsible for confirming their own rights when making secondary use of the content outside of the functions provided by social media.
