The Center for the Promotion of International Economic Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") is committed to information security based on the following policy in order to protect the Foundation's information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to live up to the trust of our stakeholders.

Responsibility of the Foundation

The Foundation will strive to systematically and continuously improve and enhance information security.

2. development of the system

The Foundation will establish an organization to maintain and improve information security, and will define information security measures as official regulations within the Foundation.

Efforts by executives and employees

All officers and employees of the Foundation shall acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security, and ensure that our information security efforts are solid.

4. compliance with legal and contractual requirements

The Foundation complies with laws, regulations, codes, and contractual obligations related to information security, as well as the expectations of our stakeholders.

5. response to violations and accidents

The Foundation will take appropriate action in the event of any violation of laws and regulations, breach of contract, or accident related to information security, and will strive to prevent recurrence.
